GRESB 2018: Hartelt Fund Management receives a 3 star score for its Apollo Healthcare real estate fund.

The results of the GRESB were announced on Friday the 7th of  September. We are pleased to announce that Apollo has a score of 3 stars and has achieved the GRESB Green Star.

Our efforts at the area of ​​sustainability have translated into a score of 74 points, an increase of 57 percent compared to our score in 2017. Within our peer group we have achieved the 3rd place out of nine.

The GRESB Real Estate Assessment measures the sustainability performance of real estate funds and portfolios. This year 903 property companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), funds, and developers participated in the Real Estate Assessment. The Assessment covers more than 79,000 assets (of which more than 49,000 reported at the asset level) across 64 countries and represents over USD 3.6 trillion in gross asset value.
