It is now a regular feature: the participation of Hartelt Fund Management with the Apollo Care Real Estate Fund in the annual GRESB assessment. Last year, we achieved the coveted maximum score of 5 stars, achieving a top-3 position within our peer group in Western Europe. The underlying score has improved to 90 points.
We hope to maintain top 3 position and improve where possible. The results will be published in mid-October.
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an independent organization that provides validated ESG performance and benchmark data to investors and fund managers to improve market knowledge, industry engagement and decision-making.
By 2022, more than 1,820 real estate companies, REITs, funds and developers have participated in the Real Estate Assessment, accounting for USD 6.9 trillion in assets under management. The assessment covers more than 150,000 assets in 66 countries.
