Apollo Healthcare Property Fund acquires new residential care complex in Rijssen

The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund has signed a turnkey agreement with Roosdom Tijhuis for the realization of a new residential care complex on Veldhovenstraat in Rijssen, which will offer care to people with a mental and/or physical condition. The lease and realization agreement has been signed with the Baalderborg Group, which will be the tenant of the property from the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund after completion.

The care building is being built on the former school location, Prins Mauritsschool, in Rijssen. The property will also have a day use area that is accessible from the living area.

On the ground floor of the new property there will be 8 studios and 8 apartments. On the 1st floor there will be 8 studios and 9 apartments. Each studio has a sitting/bedroom and a private bathroom and there is also the possibility for a small pantry. The apartments have a living room with pantry, a bedroom and a private bathroom. There are also 2 shared living rooms with a kitchen on each floor. Here the clients can eat together, drink coffee, watch TV, play games or just have a nice chat. The planning is that construction will start in mid-2022 and that the care building will be delivered to the tenant and buyer one year later.
