GRESB 2019: Hartelt Fund Management receives a 3 star score for its Apollo Healthcare Property Fund

The results of the GRESB were recently announced. We are pleased to announce that Apollo received a score of 3 stars and has once more achieved the GRESB Green Star.

Our efforts at the area of ​​sustainability have translated into a score of 77 points, a marked improvement of our score in 2018. Apollo is ranked 5th globally of non-listed healthcare funds.

The GRESB Real Estate Assessment measures the sustainability performance of real estate funds and portfolios. More than 100 institutional investors, with over USD 22 trillion AUM, use GRESB data to monitor their investments, engage with their managers, and make decisions that lead to a more sustainable real asset industry.

The 2019 real estate benchmark covers more than 1,000 property companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), funds, and developers. The coverage for infrastructure includes more than 500 infrastructure funds and assets. Combined, GRESB represents USD 4.5 trillion in real asset value.
