NLII Apollo Zorgvastgoedfonds acquires first nursing complex

The NLII Apollo Zorgvastgoedfonds has signed an agreement for the realization of a nursing complex in Heerde with care provider Viattence and construction company BAM Vitaal Zorgvastgoed. Appropriate housing for people with severe care needs “” This first acquisition of the NLII Apollo Zorgvastgoedfonds fits in perfectly with the aim of providing care housing for people with severe care needs, “said portfolio manager Michel van Oostvoorn. In Heerde, the current offering for this (future) group is both quantitatively and qualitatively insufficient. The new nursing home focuses on long-term care for 96 residents.

Small-scale

The design of the nursing home guarantees small-scale design by means of three separate buildings that will house a total of 12 living groups of 8 residents. Due to the private entrance and the layout, with the communal living room and kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor, a more homely atmosphere is approached.

Long-term rental agreement

A long-term rental agreement has been concluded with healthcare provider Viattence. This healthcare provider is strongly rooted in the area between Zwolle and Apeldoorn, with the complex in Heerde as the largest location. Laurent de Vries, chairman of the board of Viattence: “This complex provides us with accommodation to respond to the changed and changing wishes and needs of our residents. Viattence is ready for the future. ” Jean Klijnen, CEO Hartelt Fund Management: “The property is of high quality and is characterized by good alternative use. This investment thus fits in with the long-term objective of the NLII Apollo Healthcare Real Estate Fund to achieve a stable financial and social return for its stakeholders. “
